This house is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests.
Bed linen and towels are provided and washed at 60 oC and ironed with hot press.
BYO wood for the wood heater. A small supply provided for your first day.
Kitchen and bathroom essentials provided (salt, pepper, oil, tea, coffee, paper towel shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, toilet paper )
The 6x3 m pool is solar heated, so it will rely on the weather and sunny days to reach its max temperature.
Cabinets that have a pad lock are PRIVATE for our utilities, cleaning, bedding, please, do not force them.
-Please check that lights, heaters, air conditioners, stove are turned off ,doors and windows are
locked before departure.
-Please leave the place in a reasonable clean and tidy way.
ABOUT THE PROPERTY
On arrival, a light filled void invites you to the living/kitchen area upstairs.
The ground floor compromises of a large TV lounge, 3 secluded bedrooms with views to the gardens, full bathroom, powder room and another smaller sitting lounge.
Solar heated swimming pool, BBQ area and sun lounge chairs complete the outdoors.
Large separate laundry
A dumbwaiter helps you to carry your groceries and drinks to the upstairs.
Once you approach the first floor you can’t help to be pleasantly surprised by the Wow factor of the immense stone bench kitchen, large dining table for 12 , cosy wood heater and views to the golf course and lake .The living area has a large 65” 3D TV and surround sound system that extends to the more amazingly veranda area where you can comfortably sit to relax and breath in nature and the beautiful sunsets.
An intercom system commanded from the kitchen allows you to either listen to music, open the front door to your guests or call for dinner without moving more than a finger!
The main bedroom (upstairs) has reverse cycle aircon and a full bathroom . A powder room is also located beside the kitchen area for your visitors.
Large 3 car garage, (4 bikes, baby cot/chair, safety gate are stored in the garage for your convenience.)
A pergola overlooking the pool is great for a small BBQ or a drink while supervising the little ones swimming.
The 3 bedrooms downstairs have electric panel heaters and the living area has reverse cycle air condition as well as heating for your comfort. There are also 3 pedestal fans to fresh up the bedrooms if you wish before bedtime.
The bedroom configuration is 3 Queen size beds and 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are provided and included in your fees as well as basic toiletries and kitchen essentials.
